What is the return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. To start a return, contact us via the contact page.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 18:00 (Amsterdam time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff are dispatched the following business day. Tracking information is provided upon shipment confirmation.
Is there a warranty on the luggage?
All FOREIGN suitcases come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, contact us via the contact page.
Are the suitcases carry-on approved?
All our carry-on suitcases meet standard carry-on size requirements for most major airlines. However, we recommend checking with your airline before travel, as size limits can vary by carrier, especially on low cost airlines.
Does the luggage fit inside each other for storage?
Yes. All FOREIGN suitcases are fully nestable, allowing the smaller sizes to fit seamlessly inside the larger ones. This not only saves space at home but also reduces our environmental footprint, by minimizing packaging volume and optimizing shipping efficiency.
